100

31 weeks, 14 weeks + 2 days since rupture, day 9 in hospital (again).

Today marks 100 days of bed rest (this time). What a milestone. We should celebrate. Where's the goddamn cake?

And while the leaking continues the bleeding has slowed for all of you out there who are following my every (too-much-information) symptoms. Let's hope it was in honour of Canada Day and we can just go back to our regular scheduled programming.

That is all.

  1. So glad that the bleeding has slowed down. I think you will never want to see a bed again once Acorn is born.

  2. Happy 100 Days! (or whatever you're supposed to say under such crappy circumstances). I'm hoping that you have many sleepless nights with a awesomely healthy newborn that make you forget every bedrest day that you ever had to endure! :)

And because I know that you are bored I saw a cake that reminded me of you AND Canada all at the same time. Check it out! :)

  5. You have a lot of people invested in your story, not to be nosey, but because I believe we genuinely care! I know I do :) I'm sorry for the bleeding, and I'm glad it has slowed down. Did you ever get the doc to agree to more monitoring?

  6. I anticipate that when Acorn is born you will spend the first 100 days of his/her life sleeping standing up ;o)

  7. when you get off bed rest be careful not to bend to pick something off the floor, you won't be able to get up again. Happened to me after a much shorter bedrest.

  8. You're incredible. If I could bake you a cake and bring it to you right now, I would. The airfare is holding me back somewhat!
